20einer%20Modulkommission%2C%20die%20mit%20Vertreter%2Ainnen%20der%20beteiligen%20F%5Cu00e4cher%20besetzt%20war.%5Cn%5Cn%20Wissen%20zu%20den%20ben%5Cu00f6tigten%20Grundlagen%20aus%20bspw.%20der%20Physiologie%2C%20Pathophysiologie%2C%20Anatomie%20und%20Pathologie%20wird%20den%20Studierenden%20im%20zeitlichen%20Vorfeld%20der%20Lehrveranstaltungen%20der%20Pneumologie%20vermittelt.%20Am%20Beispiel%20der%20Physiologie%20wird%20in%20diesem%20Artikel%20die%20Pr%5Cu00e4sentation%20von%20Lerninhalten%20eines%20Grundlagenfaches%20erl%5Cu00e4utert.%20%5Cn%5Cn%20Die%20H%5Cu00e4lfte%20aller%20Unterrichtseinheiten%20zur%20Pneumologie%20des%20gesamten%20Studiums%20findet%20bereits%20im%202.%20Semester%20%28erstmals%20im%20M%5Cu00e4rz%20und%20April%202022%29%20statt%2C%20damit%20die%20Studierenden%20fr%5Cu00fchzeitig%20den%20klinischen%20Bezug%20der%20Lerninhalte%20erfahren.%20Besondere%20Schwerpunkte%20sind%20obstruktive%20Atemwegs-%20und%20Lungenerkrankungen%20sowie%20restriktive%20Lungenerkrankungen.%20Nach%20Vermittlung%20der%20Grundkenntnisse%20zur%20k%5Cu00f6rperlichen%20Untersuchung%20der%20Lunge%20im%20%5Cu201eSkills%20Lab%5Cu201c%20werden%20im%20Rahmen%20von%20Unterricht%20am%20Krankenbett%20unter%20kompetenter%20Supervision%20die%20wichtigsten%20pathologischen%20Befunde%20der%20Inspektion%2C%20Palpation%2C%20Auskultation%20und%20Perkussion%20bei%20Patienten%20mit%20den%20o.%20g.%20Erkrankungen%20erhoben.%5Cn%5Cn%20Auch%20die%20Kommunikationsausbildung%20ist%20in%20die%20modulare%20Lehre%20des%20Studiengangs%20mit%20insgesamt%20mehr%20als%20200%20Unterrichtsstunden%20longitudinal%20integriert.%20Sie%20greift%20im%20Themenkomplex%20Kreislauf%20und%20Atmung%20in%20insgesamt%20acht%20Unterrichtsstunden%20f%5Cu00e4cher%5Cu00fcbergreifend%20und%20z.%20T.%20mit%20Simulationspersonen%20die%20Anamneseerhebung%20und%20Therapieberatung%20zu%20klassischen%20kardiopulmonalen%20Erkrankungen%20auf.%20%5Cn%5Cn%20Aus%20der%20Perspektive%20der%20Studierenden%20stellt%20im%20Modellstudiengang%20die%20Vermittlung%20des%20kompakten%20fach%5Cu00fcbergreifenden%20und%20ineinandergreifenden%20Wissens%20zwischen%20den%20Grundlagenf%5Cu00e4chern%20und%20klinischen%20F%5Cu00e4chern%20zum%20jeweiligen%20Organ%20eine%20Herausforderung%20dar%2C%20wobei%20die%20Vorteile%20aus%20heutiger%20Sicht%20%5Cu00fcberwiegen.%5Cn%5Cn%20The%20specialist%20field%20of%20%5Cu201cpneumology%5Cu201d%20is%20still%20underrepresented%20in%20university%20clinics%20in%20Germany%2C%20but%20this%20is%20not%20the%20case%20at%20the%20newly%20founded%20medical%20faculty%20Ostwestfalen-Lippe%20%28OWL%29%20in%20Bielefeld.%20This%20is%20linked%20to%20representing%20pneumology%20and%20internal%20intensive%20care%20medicine%20in%20patient%20care%2C%20teaching%20and%20research%20across%20the%20board%20and%20the%20opportunity%20to%20actively%20help%20shape%20the%20development%20of%20the%20human%20medicine%20faculty%20in%20an%20exciting%20environment.%5Cn%5Cn%20The%20early%20anchoring%20of%20the%20subject%20%5Cu201cPneumology%5Cu201d%20in%20the%20model%20degree%20program%20of%20medical%20school%20in%20OWL%20%28begin%20winter%20semester%202021%5C%2F22%29%20contributes%20to%20further%20visibility%20and%20a%20university%20medical%20orientation.%20In%20this%20overview%20various%20issues%20of%20Pneumology%20in%20the%20Model%20Degree%20Program%20are%20explored%20by%20basic%20scientists%2C%20clinical%20teachers%2C%20members%20of%20the%20medical%20faculty%20and%20a%20student.%5Cn%5Cn%20In%20today%5Cu02bcs%20Evangelisches%20Klinikum%20Bethel%20%28EvKB%29%2C%20pulmonary%20medicine%20has%20a%20long%20tradition.%20The%20hospital%5Cu02bcs%20first%20lung%20and%20infection%20center%20was%20opened%20in%201927.%20The%20EvKB%5Cu02bcs%20department%20for%20internal%20medicine%2C%20pneumology%20and%20intensive%20care%20medicine%2C%20which%20has%20been%20independent%20since%202009%2C%20is%20becoming%20a%20university%20clinic%20for%20pneumology%20within%20the%20medical%20faculty%20OWL.%20Relevant%20translational%20and%20interdisciplinary%20research%20can%20be%20intensified.%5Cn%5Cn%20There%20are%2030%20%5Cu201cPneumology%5Cu201d%20teaching%20units%20in%20the%20model%20degree%20program%2C%20which%20are%20divided%20into%20two%20study%20sections%20using%20different%20formats%2C%20such%20as%20lectures%2C%20seminars%2C%20hands%20on%20courses%20and%20skills%20lab.%20It%20is%20represented%20in%20particular%20in%20the%20module%20complex%20%5Cu201cCirculation%20and%20Respiration%5Cu201d.%20The%20content%20of%20the%20first%20phase%20of%20teaching%20was%20carried%20out%20by%20a%20module%20commission%2C%20with%20members%20representing%20the%20subjects%20involved%20in%20the%20module.%5Cn%5Cn%20Knowledge%20of%20the%20basics%20from%2C%20for%20example%2C%20physiology%2C%20pathophysiology%2C%20anatomy%20and%20pathology%20are%20taught%20to%20the%20students%20in%20the%20run-up%20to%20the%20pneumology%20course.%20Using%20the%20example%20of%20physiology%2C%20the%20presentation%20of%20the%20learning%20content%20of%20a%20b
